What is your policy If I don’t like an item that I have ordered how do I return it?
We do make every effort through description and images to correctly represent the items on sale with us, However, if you receive your item and decide that you would like to return it you must contact admin@everythingisapound.com to arrange for us to pick up from your address. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. The cancellation period starts on the day after the day on which your goods are received.

What do I do if the item I have ordered doesn’t work?
Queries regarding electrical items that include a manufacturer’s warranty should be made directly to the manufacturer. If you wish to return the item for a refund in accordance with your consumer rights, please email us at admin@everythingisapound.com to arrange for us to pick up from your address.
